The footprint of this downtown structure filled the site, resulting in access, hoisting, and layout challenges. This five storey building involved the preparation for eventual commercial tenancy of the first floor, with the upper four levels having 39 suites with a common area including a second level terrace. Design elements reflect the historical pallette of the Town's Core.
